Eric has been coaching elite athletes from U8 to the NHL for over 25 years. Eric’s master coaching techniques have helped over 100 players with their NHL career goals. He currently works in the BCHL with the Vernon Vipers Junior A Hockey club and also works one-on-one as performance coach for current elite hockey players in various elite leagues.

Colton is a former junior/college/pro hockey player. He currently coaches junior hockey and spends time developing hockey players to make the jump to the next level. On top of his playing/coaching career he obtained a bachelors degree in psychology where he focuses on the mental health of athletes and offers counselling services

Rob has been involved in producing hockey videos for over 15-years. He has worked for a number of leagues including BCHL, CSSHL, and the BC Elite Hockey League. He's also been involved in video production for live hockey broadcasts and also live streaming.
